Bio
Dr. Emma Butcher graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 2022 with distinction. Throughout dental school, Dr. Emma completed several placements in Ontario dental centres including Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto Rehab, and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). She came to love all aspects of dentistry, but her favourite part was always meeting new people and working with patients to help them achieve their oral health goals.
Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Emma completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at McMaster University in biochemistry and integrated sciences. She then worked for several years in clinical trials and research at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and SickKids hospital. During that time, she discovered that she is passionate about working personally with patients and families.
Dr. Emma Butcher is excited to be joining the team at dentalhouse Liberty Village. She looks forward to working together with each patient to help them attain excellent oral health and satisfaction with their smile.
