We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Dentist to join our team full-time and assume a lead role at our established, high-performing family dental practice in Delta, BC. This is a rare opportunity to acquire an established patient base from a departing dentist relocating abroad.

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Clinic Setup:
6 operatories
2 dedicated operatories for the Associate
3 full-time hygienists
Dedicated CDA support
Patient Volume:
Large, loyal existing patient base
20+ new patients/month
Solid hygiene infrastructure ensures steady clinical flow
Current Scope:
Bread and Butter Dentistry
Endodontics
Oral Surgery (including impacted wisdom teeth)
Implant Dentistry (placement and restoration)
Cosmetic Dentistry & Clear Aligner Therapy

Pan/Ceph
Soft Tissue Diode Laser
Digital Radiographs
Fully paperless

Diverse, family- and professional-based patient population
Must-haves:
Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comprehensive, full-scope treatment planning confidence
Ability to work efficiently in a team-based setting
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with surgical or complex restorative cases
Experience with orthodontics (clear aligners)
Interest in building long-term patient relationships and practice equity

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
