I've always had a fear of dentist's so when I started going back I always requested gas to knock me out. Had to have emergency visit yesterday due to severe toothache. Tooth had to be pulled as it had already been broken but gas wasn't available. I said do it anyway due to pain and other than initial uncomfortable insertion of needles I had no more pain and tooth was out before I knew it. Great job! Thx.

UPDATE: I broke a tooth and needed help right away. The office was ready for my urgent needs. I find the preparation work for a crown exhausting and painful (so I'm not going to say that was great LOL). But I experienced no problems whatsoever afterwards. I have my new crown and it feels great. Another awesome visit !! Thank you for your help !! ********************************* First, I am a keener. I always arrive early. Upon arrival for my scheduled cleaning, first ever time I have heard at a dentist's office "we can see you early." Katarina did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. She also pointed out a very serious problem I had with one of my teeth. She booked me in right away for the next day to get it taken care of. Again, I arrive early for this appointment and am taken in almost immediately. Dr. Lackpour had the patience of a Saint. He had to take his time with me and I really appreciated him doing that. As a child I was completely traumatized by the family dentist (who had zero patience). Dr. Lackpour you have no idea how much I appreciated your patient and friendly manner. You and your assistant work really well together and it shows. Thank you again! My mouth feels great today !!!

Having bad experiences at dentists in the past, I was scared to go in for my filling appointment with Dr. Dawes. I am so glad that I went. The staff were very welcoming when I arrived and Sandra brought me over to the chair. My worst nightmare. Dr. Dawes arrived and assured me everything was going to be alright. He was very gentle, polite and quite funny. He talks to you the whole time he is working on your teeth even though you might not understand or hear half of what he says. From that day on I knew he was going to be my forever dentist. I brought my whole family over. My 12 year old daughter sees Dr. Mann for her braces. She just loves him. He explains everything in detail to her. He's just wonderful with children. He doesn't speed through things, he takes his time to make sure the end result will be perfect. He explains to her that there will be pain and discomfort and she is totally ok with that. She always looks forward to her next appointment. I can't wait to see her teeth when the braces come off. Overall I feel this is a great dental office. Fully equipped with great staff, dentists, hygienists and equipment. Very clean environment which is very important!!!!
