Dr. Tom Laurenza is a general dentist committed to providing personalized, comprehensive dental care in a comfortable, patient-focused environment. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry after completing an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University.
With an interest in all aspects of dentistry, Dr. Laurenza takes a thoughtful and individualized approach to treatment. He believes prevention is one of the most important aspects of maintaining good oral health and places a strong emphasis on patient education. By helping patients understand their oral health and the factors that can contribute to dental disease, he aims to empower them to make informed decisions and maintain healthy smiles for years to come.
For Dr. Laurenza, dentistry is about more than treating teeth. He values the relationships he builds with his patients and takes the time to understand their individual needs, concerns, and goals. He believes that establishing trust and maintaining open communication are essential to providing care that patients feel comfortable with and confident in.
Dr. Laurenza also enjoys incorporating advancements in dental technology into his practice. He continually explores how new technologies can enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, patient communication, and the overall quality of care. He believes that combining these advancements with a personalized approach helps improve the patient experience.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Laurenza enjoys playing hockey and golf and spending time with his wife and two sons.
