Bio
I was educated on a full scholarship at the State University of Rio de Janeiro where I earned my dental degree in 2006 and at Veiga de Almeida University where I earned my orthodontics specialty degree in 2009. During my professional training in dentistry I worked at Souza Aguiar Municipal Hospital where I gained experience in dental emergencies, and treating patients with facial trauma.
I continued my professional development as a dentist and orthodontist at numerous clinics across Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
After a vacation to Toronto in 2012, my love for Canada became permanent when I made Toronto my home in 2013 with my dog Nina.
I am a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association.
I have a passion for helping people look and feel better through oral healthcare and well-being. I feel I have a great deal to offer to my patients. I want to make my patients feel well cared for and I want their dental visits to be both a great and beneficial experience.
On my spare time I take numerous continuing education courses to always improve my skills and knowledge. I love to hike, the outdoors, spending time with Nina my
husband and daughter.
