We're looking for a licensed RDA who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and enjoys being a core support to clinical operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a hybrid role focused on sterilization (70–80%) while providing backup chairside support and helping manage daily clinical flow as Floor Captain.

Responsibilities:

  • Spend 70–80% of your time leading sterilization and infection control protocols

  • Provide chairside support (20–25%) when team members are sick or running behind

  • Act as a “Floor Captain”—monitoring the schedule, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth clinical flow

  • Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation

  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

  • Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient

  • Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements


About You:

  • Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required

  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
