We're looking for a licensed RDA who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and enjoys being a core support to clinical operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a hybrid role focused on sterilization (70–80%) while providing backup chairside support and helping manage daily clinical flow as Floor Captain.

Responsibilities:
Spend 70–80% of your time leading sterilization and infection control protocols
Provide chairside support (20–25%) when team members are sick or running behind
Act as a “Floor Captain”—monitoring the schedule, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth clinical flow
Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation
Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient
Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements
About You:
Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
