Bio
Dr. Ahmed Farid is an American and Canadian certified Periodontist. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Tufts University. After graduating, he completed two internships in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at both Louisiana State University and the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Farid worked as a general dentist for three years before completing his residency at Dalhousie University, obtaining his Master's in Periodontics.
He has earned extensive training in both the US and Canada, where his skills cover a range of surgical practices, from wisdom teeth extractions, dental implant surgeries, dentoalveolar surgeries, bone grafting, oral pathology and cosmetic surgeries.
