Associate Dentist – Portrait Dental (Liberty Village, Toronto, ON)
Step into a modern, boutique-style practice in the heart of Liberty Village — where technology, design, and patient experience come together.

Portrait Dental is seeking a confident and motivated Associate Dentist to join our high-end, full-service clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an existing patient base while continuing to grow your own in one of Toronto’s most vibrant, fast-growing neighbourhoods. You’ll work with a skilled and supportive team in a modern environment equipped with the latest technology and full clinical autonomy.

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday availability required)

Practice Snapshot

  • 5 operatories (2 dedicated to associate)

  • Fully staffed with CDA, hygienists, and treatment coordinator

  • Abeldent PMS, iOS, Digital X-rays, Soft Tissue Laser

  • Located in Liberty Village Plaza — surrounded by shops and cafés

  • Modern, bright, and well-maintained environment with shared office and lunchroom

Clinical Scope & Growth

  • Bread & Butter Dentistry

  • Endodontics (basic & advanced) – high patient demand

  • Invisalign (certified or willing to certify)

  • Basic Oral Surgery (simple extractions; 3rd molars an asset)

  • Cosmetic Dentistry (bonding, veneers, aesthetic cases)

  • Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge)

  • Sedation: Nitrous, Oral, IV is available as needed as well

  • Immediate access to charts from departing provider and strong new patient flow

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–5 years of clinical experience

  • Skilled in advanced endo, Invisalign, and simple extractions

  • Strong communicator with excellent chairside manner and treatment planning skills

  • Patient-focused and confident working independently

  • Motivated to grow within a modern, well-established clinic

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
