Dawson Dental Kitchener is seeking a Locum Associate Dentist to provide coverage while our current provider is on medical leave. You’ll be joining a long-standing, tight-knit team in a modern, fully digital practice known for its collaborative culture and loyal patients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced associate or personable new graduate to gain exposure in a supportive Dawson environment — with the possibility to transition into a permanent part-time role.
Schedule (Locum Coverage)
Dates: November 12–26, 2025 (with potential to extend)
Hours:
- November 12: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- November 13: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- November 14: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- November 17: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- November 18: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- November 19: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- November 20: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- November 21: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- November 24: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- November 25: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- November 26: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Future opportunities: permanent part-time role available (2 Saturdays/month required).
Practice Snapshot
- Operatories: 6 total (1.5 dedicated to the associate)
- Hygiene: 3 RDHs daily
- Team: Long-tenured, full support staff — admin team doubles as treatment coordinators
- Technology: Dentrix PMS, Digital X-rays, iOS Scanner, Videa Health, Paperless Charting
- Location: Family-based practice in a busy plaza with ample free parking; surrounded by new residential developments and growing patient demand

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
