Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Alternating Fridays 8:00am - 2:00pm

The wage for this Practice Lead position is $28-$32/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
Lead, coach, and support the dental administrative team to drive productivity, engagement, and patient retention
Coordinate effective communication between front and back-office teams
Assist the Practice Manager with training, development, and daily delegation of the administrative team
Manage patient concerns and conflicts, escalating to the Practice Manager as needed
Oversee and optimize appointment scheduling to meet daily production goals with minimal open chair time
Ensure pre-authorizations, appointment confirmations, and cancellation prevention processes are completed in advance
Engage new patients before and after their first visit to deliver a positive and consistent patient experience
About You:
Minimum 3-5 years of Dental Administration experience is required
Leadership experience is considered an asset
Clinical background and experience with dental software programs is required
