The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $25.00-$30.00/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps
Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner
About You:
Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required
Experience with dental software programs is required
Clinical background is considered an asset
