Schedule: Full-Time
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10:00am-8:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 8am-2pm

The wage for this Sterilization Assistant position is $19-$24/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards and provincial regulations
Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentation
Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocols
Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly
Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow
About You:
Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is considered an asset
Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting and/or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) Programs is preferred
Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset
