Bio
Dr. Adam Tan is a general dentist with over 25 years of clinical experience, with a longstanding focus on complex restorative and implant dentistry for patients who have experienced significant tooth loss. He earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
During his training, Dr. Tan provided dental care to active-duty military personnel and veterans from multiple branches of service, an experience that reinforced his emphasis on careful planning, safety, and long-term function. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and was fully accredited with the International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (AIAOMT).
He has served as past president of the Muskoka-Simcoe Dental Society and has been recognized by the Ontario Dental Association for more than 25 years of dedication to the profession. Dr. Tan has also lectured and trained other dentists on immediate tooth replacement and implant-based full-arch treatment and techniques.
