Bio
Dr. Ellen Drysdale is originally from Halifax. She has had the privilege of serving her community for over 20 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Dalhousie University before graduating from Dalhousie Dental School in 1994 where she was the recipient of the Quintessence Award for Greatest proficiency in Clinical Dentistry and Academic Achievement, Quintessence Prize for Excellence in Clinical Achievement in Periodontics and Canadian Academy of Periodontology Prize. Dr. Drysdale is a member of the Nova Scotia Dental Association and Canadian Dental Association. She is licensed with the Nova Scotia Dental Board.
Dr. Drysdale enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with an emphasis on family dental care and prevention. She also enjoys cosmetic dentistry and is part of an implant study group. She takes a sincere interest in each individual and has a warm and caring style. By listening to individuals she is able to customize dental treatment to meet their specific needs.
After seven years of practicing in Tantallon, Dr. Drysdale moved to North Carolina. She returned to establish her practice in Halifax. She enjoys a healthy lifestyle and loves the outdoors. She recognizes dental health is part of your total health.
