Bio
Dr. Fatmeh El Hourani received her Honours Bachelor of Science with distinction from the University of Windsor and completed oncology research with a thesis throughout her undergraduate studies. She went on to pursue her dental degree at Griffith University in Gold Coast, Australia where she graduated at the top of her class as valedictorian, receiving the Australia Dental Association, Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS), and the Pierre Fauchard Academy awards. She also served as her dental class representative for four consecutive years.
During her studies, Dr. El Hourani had the privilege of being mentored by a professor in oral surgery who inspired her to complete her Master’s Research thesis in oral surgery. Dr. El Hourani has a true passion for the field of dentistry, and she continually thrives to better herself in all aspects and disciplines to provide her patients with personalized comprehensive treatments.
When she is not in her dental spotlight, Dr. El Hourani enjoys Pilates, reading, spending time with family, and exploring anything food-related (ironically has a sweet tooth).
