Dr. Omid Azami is a general dentist with a special interest and training in oral surgery, dental implants and IV Sedation. After a few years of general practice, he was lucky to be accepted into a competitive Oral Surgery Internship role at the renowned Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne, Australia where he received extensive training in oral surgery. This surgical base allowed him to then focus his attention to dental implant surgery, working in a large All-on-4 dental group and gaining broad exposure to advanced dental implant procedures.
Dr. Azami is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI) and has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Dental Implants through the Implant Institute and Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology. Working with IV sedation allows Dr. Azami to safely, comfortably and efficiently complete routine procedures such as wisdom teeth removal and dental implant placement.
