Bio
Reshma is a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist who earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Alberta in 2026. Born and raised in India, she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Manipal University and practised as a General Dentist before moving to Canada eight years ago. She has been proud to call Alberta home ever since and currently resides in Slave Lake with her husband, Harish, and their son, Milan.
Reshma chose dentistry because of her passion for hands-on healthcare and making a positive impact in people’s lives. She is committed to providing patient-centred care while helping her patients make informed decisions about their oral health. She believes patient education is an essential part of treatment and strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.
Reshma is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, allowing her to connect with and care for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outside of dentistry, Reshma enjoys exploring different cuisines, cooking for family and friends, and travelling. She values opportunities to experience new cultures and brings that same curiosity, warmth, and dedication to her work each day.
