Bio
Dr. Saina Shirazi is an accomplished General Dentist with over 20 years of clinical experience in pediatric and restorative dentistry, both in private practice and academic settings. She has successfully treated over 4,000 patients under general anesthesia and deep sedation, with a special focus on full mouth rehabilitation for children and adolescents.
Dr. Shirazi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (SBMU), Iran, in 1995, followed by board certification in Pediatric Dentistry in 2000 and a Fellowship in Hospital Dentistry in 2012. Throughout her career in Iran, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pedodontology at Jundishapoor Dental School and later in the Department of Research Sciences at SBMU. She was also practiced in sleep dentistry at several major hospitals in Tehran and Ahvaz, Iran.
After relocating to Canada, Dr. Shirazi continued her commitment to dentistry through her role as an Educational Manager at Eversmiles, where she designed and led continuing education programs for dental professionals in Toronto. She has since re-established her clinical practice in Canada, providing pediatric-focused dental care at several clinics across Ontario and Newfoundland. Dr. Shirazi is a member of RCDSO, the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Newfoundland and Labrador Dental Association (NLDA). Fluent in both English and Farsi, Dr. Shirazi is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care tailored to the unique needs of children and their families.
