Bio
Dr. Umair earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2005 in Karachi, Pakistan. Following graduation, she practiced dentistry for several years before returning to Canada. Upon her return, Dr. Umair successfully completed the NDEB Equivalency Process and obtained her dental licence in Ontario. She is currently an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Umair is committed to providing exceptional patient care through continuous learning and professional development. Her areas of focus include diagnosis and treatment planning, as well as esthetic, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, implant, Invisalign, and preventive dentistry. She also provides nitrous oxide sedation and surgical care. Dr. Umair enjoys building strong relationships with her patients by listening to their concerns and supporting them on their journey toward improved oral health and overall dental well-being.
She is known for her gentle approach with children and enjoys providing routine dental care for young patients. Dr. Umair is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, and also understands Punjabi, allowing her to connect with a diverse patient population. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening. She has been married for over 18 years and is a proud mother of two.
