Bio
Dr. Kamand (Kam) Doraki is a General Dentist. Originally from Iran, Dr. Kam moved to Vancouver, BC, at the age of 16. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of British Columbia.
Her volunteer experiences in the Oral Oncology Department at BC Cancer Agency and the Emergency Department at BC Children’s Hospital inspired her passion for healthcare and ultimately led her to pursue a career in dentistry. A graduate of the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry in London, Ontario, Dr. Kam is known for her compassionate care, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a comfortable, educational experience for every patient.
After spending a few years in Ontario, Dr. Kam returned to beautiful British Columbia with her partner, Khash, to be closer to her family and community. Outside the office, she enjoys staying active at the gym, playing volleyball, hiking BC’s scenic trails, and watching movies.
